The old way of creating business plans is DEAD!
Today, entrepreneurs and startups are using Business Model Canvas, a visual tool that allows you to take an idea to action through hands-on brainstorming of the different business components for every idea. This approach helps foster understanding, discussion, creativity and analysis. Most importantly, the business model canvas framework helps you get out of analysis paralysis and gets the ball rolling!
Initially proposed by Alexander Osterwalder, the lean methodology template provides any startup or existing business a way to document their business model by describing its offerings, infrastructure, finance, and customers within 9 elements. With this understanding, you can design, develop, challenge, and pivot into a strategy that provides opportunities for success.
