The Roots & Wings Online Course is for all parents and caregivers who want to take a proactive approach, feel informed and empowered to set your child up for success.

High quality information that you can watch on demand from a Kindergaren teacher and mom. Feel empowered and consident to set your child up for success. Prepare the whole family for the physical, emotional and social shifts that take place during this important milestone of starting school.

During this 3 hour workshop, you will be guided by Kim Marshall, creator of the Starting School with Roots & Wings Facebook group as well as experienced Kindergarten teacher and mom. Kim will arm you with valuable tips and tricks as you uplift your child during this time of transition and beyond. When parents feel informed about Kindergarten, they transfer this positive energy into their children, setting them up for a lifetime of engaging school experiences!

About the Host: Kim Marshall is the creator of the Facebook Group "Starting School with Roots & Wings". She is a passionate Kindergarten teacher who is fostering an online community of 3,000+ families as they uplift their school-aged children through exciting new experiences of curiosity and relationship. Her holistic approach helps parents focus in on what is important and consider the "whole child" during the early years. Her ideas honour the child and empower the parents as they take ownership of an exciting and emotional milestone- starting school. Kim has 12 years of teaching experience and lives with her husband and 2 daughters (6 years and 3 years) in Port Credit, Ontario.
