Tova Sherman is a CEO, entrepreneur, educator, trainer and public speaker who has been recognized across Canada for her leadership in the areas of diversity, inclusion and mental health for over 20 years. Her tireless commitment and experience has gained her many community awards and the esteemed Queens Jubilee Medal.

Tova started a non-for-profit called ReachAbility that, for over 20 years, has been helping those in need to regain their footing in the community. ReachAbility has helped thousands of clients gain long term sustainable employment after successful completion of training courses and personal development processes.

Tova has educated hundreds of corporations, businesses and government agencies. Her training has helped Bell Canada, the Construction Association of Nova Scotia, Halifax Partnership, Elections Nova Scotia, and many more established businesses.
