Staying Healthy While Working From Home (WFH)
As many have had to shift to working from home, there was a need to educate staff to ensure a new way of working and living a balanced life. This presentation was prepared for CHEO and used as part of the online learning sessions and resources to help staff adjust with working from home and staying healthy.

Hélène is an Administrative Professional with over 30 years of experience in this role. In 2019, Hélène pursued her passion for wellness and became a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and Wellness 360 Leader with the International Association Wellness Professionals (IAWP) where she was trained in holistic health and wellness and how to help people create lasting transformation. She focuses on a natural approach to eating and living that addresses the whole person. Her goal is to help you to create a healthy lifestyle that you love to wake up to everyday!??In her current workplace, she holds a volunteer role as the Fit & Well Group Facilitator (through our CHEO Staff Forum Committee) and has been organizing regular activities since October 2015 including monthly lunch and learn sessions as well as regular activities covering all aspects of health to bring more wellness in the workplace! She is driven to make a difference at an organizational level and loves to bring her passion and energy to foster improved well being for the workplace.
