Keynote Address: Design Thinking and the Learner/User Experience by Phylise Banner

In this interactive session, we will tap into Design Thinking approaches and strategies and explore real-world design challenges. We will review scenario-based personas, dive into collaborative empathy mapping, create “how might we” statements, articulate the essence of our proposed solutions, and envision the design of novel learner/user experiences.

Enjoy this immersive, collaborative session, and master the ability to:

  • Integrate Design Thinking methodologies into your workflow
  • Bring a sense of novelty into your design process
  • Lead collaborative, learner/user-oriented discovery sessions
  • Devise your own innovative approaches to solving design challenges
