One of the biggest challenges for any business is determining at what price you set your product or service at? There are many factors to consider, for example; cost (including labor), competition, market supply and demand, channel to market, as well as whether you want to be regarded as the lowest price, mid-market, or a specialty item. This workshop will build a price for an imaginary product so you can best understand all the steps and methodology that goes into building a strong, market-ready pricing model.

Presenters: Scott Runte & Stephen Beamish, Launch Lab

Scott: Has comprehensive international experience across multiple sectors. As the General Manager and CFO of an export-driven manufacturing company, he was a key member of the executive team that guided the company through a rapid 5 year growth plan that included raising venture capital, managing mergers and acquisitions and establishing and maintaining international operations.

Stephan: Bringing 25 years of marketing and strategic leadership experience to the table, Stephen Beamish is the President and Founder of BlackTusk Business Solutions, delivering strategic marketing and partnership advisory services to a wide range of clientele.Prior to BlackTusk Business Solutions, Stephen Beamish was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for Mitel, a global provider of voice, video and data solutions.
