Steveston Run Together
Overview
We’re excited to continue our beginner running group, Steveston Run Together! This summer, we held an 8-week program that supported beginner runners in completing a 5K run and we’re keeping the momentum going as we approach the new year.
Join us to kick off on every Wednesday at 6PM at The Hub (3551 Moncton St, Richmond). Future sessions will be held on select Wednesdays throughout the season. We’ll have a mix of interval-style workouts, including run-walk sessions and paced runs along the Steveston Harbour Boardwalk.
This program is supported by lululemon, Steveston Run Crew, Shift+Lift, and Pure Motion Physiotherapy, and is designed to help you build endurance, stay consistent, and keep progressing.
Join Steveston Run Crew Strava Club. Please join those specific Wednesday Steveston Run Together events to stay up to date and help us keep our group organized (separate from the regular Steveston Run Crew routes which are also posted).
