"Stop Talking..." is about leaning into the social side of social media. Social listening means paying attention to when and how people talk about you, your competitors and your industry, and what you can do with that information.

By the end of the webinar, attendees will:

1. Understand what social listening is

2. Have at least 2-3 strategies to employ social listening in their business, and

3. Be able to connect social listening strategies and business goals.

About the Presenter
