Human trafficking is the fastest-growing criminal industry in our neighborhood. Traffickers get richer every day. Anyone can be a victim and a trafficker can be anyone. It is happening in our community. Get informed!
On February 24, 2018, we celebrate the feast day of St. Josephine Bakhita, one of the survivors of enslavement. This event features both the buses endured as well as the courage, strength, resiliency, and perseverance of survivors to overcome great tribulations and for post-traumatic growth. It also designed to educate the public about the impact of modern enslavement through the following steps.
