This event is the first of three sessions with Ross Laird,Ph.D. In this session, Ross will discuss aspects of positive change in education, why that change is important, and how to get there.
Dr. Ross Laird is a persistent advocate for purposeful learning beyond the classroom. He has taught at over a dozen post-secondary institutions and has worked with hundreds of educational, social, and indigenous organizations internationally.
As an author, Ross has been a finalist for the Governor General's Award. As an educator, he is a recipient of the Communications Award from the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Dr. Laird is also a noted craftsman in wood and stone.
