We will do everything we can to help you achieve your goals. You will see us reach our goals as well. Free wellness evaluation and goal tracking. -A supportive community. -RESULTS
Classes Monday - Friday $3.00 CDN or $2.35 USD per class payable weekly or monthly. Monthly membership receive a "Straight Off The Couch" T-shirt and water bottle. Canada and U.S.A. E-transfers or PayPal to staybeautiful.sb@hotmail.com.
