Event description
A two-day intensive session covering the foundations of strategic planning.

About this Event

Does your organization have a great strategy that isn’t easy to implement?

Are you finding it difficult moving to the execution stage of your plan?

Do you spend more time developing rather than delivering your strategic plan?

Join us for a two-day intensive session covering the foundations of strategic planning. In this session you will be able to:

  • Describe the value of effective strategic planning for their organization.
  • Identify the major decisions, strategies and tools that can be used to effectively guide the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic planning process.
  • Practically apply relevant strategies to draft key elements of a strategic plan.

This workshop is for anyone currently working in arts and culture in a professional role and would like to take a more active role in designing, implementing and evaluating strategic plans for your organization.

This session is offered in partnership with the Kingston Arts Council, and is made possible by the Government of Ontario.
