Summer is around the corner and, as every year, we are having our annual street party. We are very please to invite you.

Our family event is going to take place on June 23, 2012.  From 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the corner of 208 Oakwood Ave and Glenhurst (One block north of St. Clair West).

For more than 20 years we’ve supported an average of 10,000 uprooted people per year (refugee claimants, permanent residents, and anyone who has asked for assistance), about the same number received assistance over the phone 11,814 that later on became clients.

Through the street party on June 23 we want to celebrate the uprooted people’s voices and the Refuge World Day.  We will have entertainment from around the world, in addition we will have  kids’ activities, art exhibition and cultural foods that will be prepared and sold by our residents.

For more information please contact us   at 416-469-9754 or by email at info@fcjrefugeecentre.org or come by our office located at 208 Oakwood Avenue.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and participation in all our activities and event through the past.
