About this event
Geared toward runners of all abilities and backgrounds, we will be working through the interconnection of larger muscles, stacking the skeletal system into place, while giving attention to finer details, such as opening the toes from the centre of the ball of the foot. Utilizing the breath with pose options and variations, and by checking into where your body is at today, this mindful presence will build proprioception and attention in class, as well as out on the trails!
