Strength is a faculty, one of the 12 powers, we all have that can be developed and relied on in our daily lives. How we do this is by turning within. Consciously calling forth Strength gives us confidence to live into what is ours to do. Centered and connected to Spirit, we can feel the unique way Strength and resilience, empower us to deal with life's challenges.

Join Katie as she leads us in a meditation process, created by Charles Fillmore, one of our co- founders to enhance our faculty of Strength. Katie has held leadership positions for nine years at Unity of Calgary Spiritual Community (on the Spiritual Leadership Team and Board of Directors) and continues to serve on the Prayer Chaplain Team.

She is a Registered Massage Therapist, specializing in Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy, an Inspirational Speaker, Teacher, and Certified Facilitator of the Demartini Method. For over 23 years, Katie has assisted people in getting to the ‘heart or source’ of their physical, emotional and often spiritual issues through her practice, New Light Wellness (www.newlightwellness.com). She uses a blend of techniques to release the 'charge' or pattern from the body and the mind, bringing profound shifts and relief. Katie believes that creating a strong connection to oneself and 'that which created you' is the key to well-being. She loves to share about this by offering individual sessions, and/or seminars. __________________

You will be asked these questions on check-in. If your answers have changed please cancel your ticket.

The registration table is open at 9:45am with seating starting at 10:00 You will need to answer the Covid questions at the time of registration.
