About this event
We’re hearing more and more people share that they’re grappling with managing their day-to-day stress or going through the lonely journey of burnout and don’t know where to turn. If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
This workshop is all about sharing the message that no, you aren’t alone and yes, you can do something about it. We’re here to help.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll unpack the definition, misconceptions, symptoms, and early warning signs of burnout. We will also share the most common root causes of burnout and our top four strategies to deal with burnout.
You will walk away with a greater understanding about the stress response and burnout, and how it impacts you both at work and in life. You will also have the chance to reflect and create your own action plan by the end of the workshop so you can start applying some of the strategies right away.
Dealing with stress and burnout is a very personal journey that can feel overwhelming, isolating and lonely. That’s why we run our workshops in a way that welcomes you to show up and participate in the way that best serves you.
