Stress is a normal part of life, but when stress is not managed, there are real health consequences. In this workshop, holistic nutritionist Tahlia Sage will show participants how to improve their resistance to daily life stress through nutrientpacked recipes, superfoods and supplements.
Participants will:
1. learn to connect with their body and identify common early signs of adrenal fatigue
2. explore supplements that protect the body from burn out and improve resilience
3. discover superfoods that nourish the adrenal glands and provide energy naturally
4. learn lifestyle tips on proactive stress management
Tahlia Sage (Bsc. Food, Nutrition & Health, Certified Nutritional Practitioner) is the founder of Sweet & Savoury Health. Her coaching practice helps clients achieve their wellness goals through embracing functional foods and healthy lifestyle changes. Tahlia's own health challenges and weight issue prompted her to pursue an education in nutritional science and wellness coaching. Using her own success and experience, Tahlia empowers her clients to regain balance with easy, concrete steps.
