Description

This 4-hour seminar is for all women who want to run pain and leak-free. Pelvic health physiotherapist Michelle Friesen and pre-post natal fitness trainer Kaye Burrows, both runners and mamas to three, are passionate about helping women return to activities they love after babies. We will show you how to work through a training program that is designed to help you run with confidence by strengthening common problem areas for female runners, address technique and alignment patterns that may be causing your symptoms and coach you through a strategic progression in running.

Program includes:

  • 3 months of strength programming that can be done at home or at the gym to strengthen the muscles needed for you to run pain-free

  • Running interval plans with varying levels to meet your goals and progress distance

  • Running analysis and techniques to reduce injury and promote pelvic floor support

  • Group coaching support in Facebook Group
