About this event
Strong30 is 30 minutes of interval training using music to sync our moves and keep our pace. This is a bodyweight class and all levels of fitness are welcome. All moves are modifiable to suit each participant.
These 30 minutes include a warm up, build up, 10 minutes of HIIT and a cool down. The moves within each song alternate between cardio and strength as a natural intensity shift between high, moderate and active recovery. The pace is fast, the moves are fun yet challenging and the music is used to guide us.
All you need is a mat, water bottle, Zoom connection and space to move!
