The Canadian Lenders Association is pleased to host a series of workshops addressing tools, policies and fintech topics. This event will focus on how to structure and finance your specialty finance transaction, which will be hosted by McCarthy Tétrault LLP at their offices in Toronto on April 2, 2019.

How a deal is structured can impact the outcome of the deal. This event will focus on certain deal considerations for structuring and financing of a specialty finance transaction, whether it be a domestic or cross-border transaction.
