One of the biggest keys to creating a successful video is feedback. Understanding how to improve your project with the insight of experts is what the Sun-CBC Student Video Awards Critique Workshop is all about.
Set for Saturday, Feb. 1, the free workshop will allow students to bring in their projects to be critiqued by experts in the fields of story development, sound design, visual effects, animation techniques, motion design to name a few.
The workshop will be hosted at 151 Animation campus of the Vancouver Film School and will allow students to book sessions and walk through their projects with Vancouver Film School instructors.
The Student Video Awards has more than $20,000 in prizing offered by title sponsore, Vancouver Film School. Since its inception in 2011, the SVA has attracted more than 1,500 students and reached more than 80,000 people. For more details, go to vancouversun.com/studentvideos
