As business owners and managers, you are expected to successfully negotiate with clients, suppliers, partners, and employees. Whether you are negotiating a large, multi-year contract, or an annual raise for staff, the outcomes impact your business, and your bottom line.

The commonly held belief is that where there are winners, there must be losers. Given the stakes, you’d not be alone in wanting to learn how to win each negotiation you undertake. This workshop challenges that notion and by participating you will learn effective approaches and techniques to help both parties be successful in negotiations.

Through hands-on exercises and real-life examples, you will learn about:

  • Win/Lose approach to negotiations. What is it and how to avoid it.
  • Win/Win approach to negotiations. The keys to accomplish this.
  • Interest based negotiations and generating options to get to “Yes”.

You will leave the one-day workshop with tools, and templates that you can immediately apply to negotiations that you lead or take part in. You will also have access to 4 hours of FREE follow-up one-on-one consulting to help you put your new and improved negotiation skills to use in your workplace.
