Join Canada’s Mental Health Trainer Yvette Murray online for your on demand virtual Mental Health support and awareness from anywhere around the world at your own convenience. Yvette will help participants recognize common signs of someone who may be at risk for suicide, increase confidence in providing help to others, and decrease social distance from people with mental health illnesses or problems. Yvette will also provide you with actionable tips to add to your own Mental Health First Aid kit whether you are at work or at home!

- Recognize the signs/symptoms of someone looking to die by suicide.
- How to get the best support and help.
- How to have that conversation.
- Talking to children, youth and adolescents about Suicide.
- Non-suicidal self-injury.
- Recognizing the difference between a Mental Health Crisis and an emergency along with the actions to take.
- Navigating emotions through the experience.
- Build confidence in providing support.
This webinar can be done at your own pace. Upon completion you’ll receive a Suicide Awareness Certificate of Completion.
