Science and Technology Camps [9-14]

Each day, the campers will be introduced to new Scientific and Technical concepts. The goal is to promote the love of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through imagination and hands-on learning in a fun atmosphere. Our fun and engaging programs include favorites such as science experiments, space and beyond circuit simulation and circuit building, and are sure to bring out the budding scientist in everyone.

Scientific observation

Campers will use a foldable microscope to observe the world at the microscopic level. Campers will learn about atoms and how they make up everything.

Paper circuits

Campers will create electronic circuits using paper, foil and batteries. They will learn about current, resistance and voltage.

Creating paper circuits is a good way to teach the basics of electricity and how circuits function. In addition to being educational, they can also be a fun makerspace project that helps to bring artwork and paper craft to life. By adding sensors, buzzers and motors to your circuit, you can also add another dimension of interactivity. These simple projects are great for all ages and all makerspaces.

Using copper tape and surface-mount LEDs allows you to make a fully functional circuit on a flat surface, like a piece of paper. You can make light-up greeting cards, make origami animals come to life, or create three-dimensional pop-up paper sculpture that have working lights in them.

Solar Car Solar Energy Car - Campers will learn basics about the solar energy and understand the process of converting Solar Energy to electrical energy. Using a Sold Car campers will see the movement of Car using battery and then using Solar cells.

Optical experiment – Campers will learn about light reflection and refraction. During the day they will build different designs to test the optical reflection.

Electrical Continuity Tester- Campers will be introduced to conductor, insulators and semi-conductors. Test flow of current through different material and play game using continuity tester.


Wind Power -Campers will be introduced with wind power and converting wind power to electrical energy. Using simple experiments campers will be able to demonstrate how wind power is generating energy.

DC Motor – With the experiment ,campers will learn how motor works. They will be able to build a design that will demonstrate the movement of shaft after applying electrical energy.

Children Bio Energy Electricity Experiments:The metal strips and potato make a simple battery that creates electricity to operate the clock. Each potato works as a device called an electrochemical cell. It converts the chemical energy stored in the metal strips into electrical energy.

Electric Circuit Educational Toys Kit Light:Electrical Circuits using wires, battery and lamps. Campers will build series and parallel circuits and understand advantage and disadvantage of both. Also, they will be introduced with many other electrical components such as Switch, Potentiometer, LED etc. Campers will have hands-on to form circuits.

Salt- Water Power Car experiment will allow them to understand chemical properties. Campers can show everyone that electrical energy or electricity can be made from air and saltwater.

Traffic Light experiment:Traffic light kit will allow campers to understand basic circuits and build a circuit that could be used to program the traffic lights using controller.

Campers will be given the opportunity to explore many many more scientific and technical ideas through many more exciting experiments during the entire week.
