Rate: $130 per child

Discount Family Rate $100 for third child and beyond

FACTS AND REMINDERS:

Camp runs from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Campers will be traveling offsite once a day by bus to the activity indicated on their registration form (volleyball, basketball, variety). Any changes in afternoon activity must be done by July 9. When you drop off your camper you MUST come in with them and sign them in, as well as out at the end of the day. Once campers are signed in they will head into The Dock for our opening activities. At the end of the day, after signing out your camper, you will pick them up at the front desk. This is for all campers, including the older ones. Each day we may have things to give you. This is especially true on Monday and Friday. At the end of the week make sure to check the lost and found!

WHAT TO BRING:

• Campers should dress prepared to be outdoors most of the day.

• Campers should bring any items they require for their afternoon activity (eg. Change of shoes, towel etc).

• Please send your camper with sunscreen and bug spray on, in the morning. We will assume they are prepared to be in the sun. Please also send sunscreen and bug spray labeled with their name, which we will help them reapply as necessary.

• Please pack a lunch for your camper. A morning and an afternoon snack will be provided by Harbour. Please send lots of liquids, 1-2 bottles of water and a juice box etc (no pop please). They will be more active than at school and staying hydrated is the number one way to prevent sunstroke. On Friday there will be a pizza day. Each camper will receive 2 slices (specified at the beginning of the week at the welcome desk) and a drink. There is no extra fee for pizza day.

• Please do not send any nut products, money, electronics (3DS, cell phones, iPods etc.)

WHAT GROUP WILL MY CAMPER BE IN?

Campers will be split into teams. Each will be lead by a Head Leader and have many other Group Leaders helping them. In the morning, the campers will meet in The Dock for worship and a large group session. After, the groups will rotate between stations: Games, Memory Verse and Small Group. The groups will be divided by age. The age ranges are flexible in order to allow for equally sized groups. Your camper will find out which group they have been placed in on the first day of camp. If your camper has a friend coming to camp whom is close to their age and would like to be placed in a group together (and you did not indicate this on the registration form) please let us know as soon as possible by emailing or calling the church office.

OUR LEADERS:

We are blessed to have many volunteer leaders from our church. We have many adults and teenagers helping out. All our leaders have gone through training. We would also like to encourage any parents who are interested to volunteer for the week, one or two days, or mornings to help prepare things ahead of time. EXTENDED CARE:

We will be offering an extended care service this year allowing parents to drop their camper off as early as 8:00 am and to pick them up as late as 5:00 pm. Cost is $30 per camper. (free for third child and beyond).

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Full refunds will be granted if requested 30 days before the first day of camp. Refunds requested after that time will be subject to a $50 administration fee.
