The Multi-Organ Transplant Program (MOT) at the University Health Network in-conjunction with the Centre for Renal Research- Information Technology, Innovation, Quality and Education (CR2ITIQuE) presents the Summer Program in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (SPICE & B).
SPICE & B is a 10-week educational seminar series featuring an array of experts in the area of clinical research methodology and design. The target audience includes clinical trainees and hospital staff (medical fellows, residents, nurses, nurse practitioners, research staff, pharmacists, allied health professionals and volunteers) who wish to improve their knowledge in the area of clinical epidemiology and biostatistics.
Dr. S. Joseph Kim, MD, PhD, MHS, FRCPC is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and a Clinical Epidemiologist at the Toronto General Hospital.
Dr. Shahid Husain, MBBS, MD, MS is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and Director of the Transplant Infectious Diseases at the University Health Network
Bassem Hamandi BScPhm, MSc, is a Clinical Pharmacist with the Multi-Organ Transplant Programat UHN and a Lecturer at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy.
Ani Orchanian-Cheff is an information specialist at the University Health Network, Toronto
