Details:
We are excited to invite you to our summer solstice event at Junction Cidery! All current and former volunteers, donors and community members are welcome to attend. Funds raised through ticket sales and silent auction bids will help support LifeCycles programs through Growing Schools, the Seed Library, Welland Orchard, Farm Gleaning and the Fruit Tree Project.
Tickets are $35 each and cover the cost of your meal. Dinner will be provided by Songhees Events & Catering. The following protein options are available: Bison, Chicken, Salmon and Tofu. All boxed meals come with their grilled apple brie salad and a delicious dessert. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, June 10th to receive your first choice of meal option.
We will have live music, lawn games, self-guided orchard tours and a silent auction. Dinner begins at 6:15pm and the silent auction closes at 7:15pm. We will be serving Junction Cider and non-alcoholic beverages at our cash bar (we can accept cash, debit and credit to purchase drink tickets).
This event will take place outdoors on a beautiful patio next to an apple orchard and there will be tents for coverage in case of rain. Washrooms are located inside the hall and are accessed via an outdoor staircase.
This venue’s capacity is 100 people. There are a number of on-site parking spots down a short gravel slope from the hall, with overflow parking available down the road at Prospect Lake Elementary School. Carpooling, public transit and biking are encouraged!
