Summerhill Pyramid Organic Winery, a leader in the world of Organic and biodynamic wine making is also home to The Cipes line of sparkling wine, which has won major international awards and received critical acclaim thanks to the incredible terroir of the Okanagan Valley and our organic and biodynamic vineyard management.
Join us, as our Sommelier Randy Fitzpatrick waxes poetically over wines chosen especially for the evening. The meals are carefully developed by our culinary team; Glen "Skip" Sansome and Michael Eady.
While the menu for the evening will be released sometime over the next couple of weeks as well as the wines that will be featured.
The dinner will be a four course dinner, each with it's own pairing. The evening will start with a welcome glass of what may very well be, one of the best sparkling wines produced in Canada.
As an added attraction, you will be able to order these wines for your private collection at the end of the evening by joining the Summerhill Pyramid Wine Club (for details https://www.summerhill.bc.ca/Wine-Club)
