PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

Join us for a playgroup at Summerside Community Church every Wednesday morning from 9:30 am - 11:00 am!!

To ensure the safety and health of our community all programs will take place with enhanced safety and sanitization protocols. Please be aware that we will be keeping a log of every participants name & contact information and each participant must be screened before joining the playgroup. All participants MUST adhere to all protocols in order to participate in playgroup.

• This is not a drop in. Registration is required. Please call 519-649-1248 if you have any questions on how/when to register.
• Masks are REQUIRED for adults and must be worn at all times during playgroup.
• Please register for a ticket for each ADULT and CHILD that will be attending the playgroup.
• We ask that families wait outside and adhere to physical distancing while we complete screening and permit entry to the Church one family at a time.
• All participants must pass a COVID-19 screening before entering the Church.
• No food or drinks allowed during playgroup except for water & infant bottles.
• Families will be asked to remain in their designated play area to help adhere to physical distancing and limit contact & sharing of toys with other participants.
• At the time, we cannot allow childcare providers with children from multiple households to join our programs as advised by the MLHU related to the Ministry of Education’s Operating Guidelines for Child Care.
