Opening Our Wisdom Eyes

Emptiness is the word used by Buddha to describe the ultimate nature of reality. The way things exist. Our painful feelings, our problems, difficulties arises due to our grasping at the world around us. When, through studying Buddha’s teachings and understand that reality is not fixed and solid, but dream-like, we gain anexperience of freedom from limitation that allows us to let go of our painful ways of relating to ourselves and the world. It is a source of joy, creativity and healing that we can all tap into at any time. Through meditating on emptiness we can quickly become the person we wish to be, and we open ourselves to our potential for complete liberation and enlightenment.
These classes are based on the books The Mirror of Dharma with Additions and The New Eight Steps to Happiness. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful.
