About this event

FISA is excited to announce a special virtual tour for schools across the province to increase their capacity to provide enhanced mental health learning and supports for their communities.

Participants in this workshop will dive into exploring the wellbeingbc.ca website through engaging in collaborative conversations in small and large groups. They will also learn how the MDI survey and data results can benefit their school.

Participants will come away with some practical strategies and sample ways to implement professional development around mental health and wellbeing in their own schools.

We will be introducing, showcasing, and learning more about the wellbeingbc.ca website and the Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI).

Who’s Invited: School Administrators, Department Heads/Lead Teachers, Counsellors, Learning Resource (Special Education) Teacher Leads.

*We encourage you to attend the session dedicated to your region to facilitate networking opportunities.

FISA expresses sincere thanks to the Ministry of Education for supporting professional learning in independent schools.
