Show Up, Share & Shine (SUSS) was created by Mubarak Nsekarije, as more than just a weekly gathering—it’s a living practice of community. At its heart, SUSS is about the courage to show up authentically, the generosity to share our gifts, stories, and struggles, and the commitment to shine together by uplifting one another.

From Mubarak’s perspective, these gatherings aren’t about networking in the transactional sense—they’re about building a culture of presence, trust, and mutual empowerment. When we each show up fully, we create space for others to do the same.
