Sustainable Living : Beeswax Food Wraps
Event Information
About this Event
Sustainable Living: Bees Wax Wrap Workshop | Instructor: Alyssa Edward
When packaging or storing food, many of us use plastic wrap, but this is bad for the environment. Beeswax Wrap are reusable and allow your food to breath. They are a great natural and sustainable alternative for food storage and will keep your food fresh longer. During this fun and interactive workshop, Alyssa will guide you through the steps and participants will make some to take home.
All materials provided, no experience needed. Please note that registration is required in advance and limited space is available.

Sparkles n' Sawdust is an independent, Artist owned and operated small business. We have a cozy bohemian style studio, that is tucked away on Argyle Street - in the heart of Downtown Halifax. Our mission is to provide a warm and welcoming space for adults from all walks of life.
Where are we located? Above the Bitter end on Argyle St! Right across the street from The Pint. Unfortunately, we do not have a customer parking lot however, street parking is available. Also, there are many paid parking lots near by. If you require parking, please allow a few extra minutes to get parked before your class starts.
