Aditya, a content marketing manager at MoEngage Inc., and Abitha, a senior account director at LinkedIn, both have a wealth of knowledge regarding how people can begin building their personal brand and continue adapting their brand to develop professionally and through ever-evolving times.

Personal branding is an ongoing process that is beneficial for everyone to prioritize. Aditya and Abitha will help attendees streamline this process by showing strategies for leveraging technical and soft skills to ultimately build a personal brand and stand out from the crowd, including looking at:

In small group discussions following the individual branding experts' presentation, attendees will have a chance to share their branding tips and hear from other attendees and share their valued experiences.

Aditya is a brand story-teller, engineer-turned-marketer who has worked with high-growth stage startups and enterprises, helping them streamline their global branding strategies to execution.

Abitha Amruth is an Account Director with LinkedIn, she manages SMB & Enterprise accounts for LinkedIn Talent Solutions & has been with LinkedIn for 4.5 years.

Abitha is a LinkedIn Influencer, she has leveraged the platform really well to build her personal brand, she is a video blogger and her videos have been viewed by more than 70K professionals. She has been one of the Most Viewed Profiles on LinkedIn and has built a strong follower base of 9.7K followers organically. She has done sessions on personal branding in various universities & organizations.

So in this session, She will help us understand how we can create a strong personal brand for ourselves & stand out from the crowd.
