About this Event
Sweat and Sip is a fun and exciting virtual workout event on March 16th from 7-9pm in support of Jumpstart Charities. Indulge in an evening of physical activity and self care led by celebrity fitness coach Beverley Cheng, right from the comfort of your own home.
Following Beverley's workout, enjoy a music driven yoga session with 6IX Flow's very own Julie Harrish. After you get your SWEAT on, treat yourself with a healthy cocktail or smoothie and listen to one of the greatest motivational speaker’s Toronto has to offer - Jonathan Hood, former CFL player and founder of Ahead of the Game.
But wait...it's not over yet! The evening will finish with our Move It or Lose It Silent Auction featuring exclusive items you won't want to miss!
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. Jumpstarts mission is to enrich the lives of kids in need through sport and physical activity. Throughout Covid-19, Jumpstart has dedicated efforts to ensure kids of all abilities have access to play throughout the pandemic with their Sport Relief Fund.
