More Movement, More Life

Join us for a 6-week functional fitness class series led by Anthony McFarlane based on moving your body dynamically and under total control with unloaded (body-weight) movements that will enhance strength, awareness, flexibility, joint health and usable range of motion, allowing you to move through life with ease.


Week 1: Lower Body (Feet/Ankles/Hips/Glutes - Lower connective chain)
Week 2: Upper Body (T-Spine/Chest/Shoulders - Scapular Retraction and Upper connective chain )
Week 3: Full Body (Core/Upper/Lower Mix up)
Week 4: Lower Body (Feet/Hips/Glutes)
Week 5: Upper Body (Mid-Lower back/Chest/Shoulders - Scapular Retraction )
Week 6: Full Body (Core/Upper/Lower body Mix up)



Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle and come prepared to sweat!
