RGC BEER SERIES PRESENTS
SWINE & DINE
WITH BENCH CREEK BREWING
The Royal Glenora Club hosts a night that's ALL Alberta. Edson's own Bench Creek Brewing will be on hand to showcase five beers paired with a four course meal from Chef Steve Buzak and the RGC culinary team. Each course will feature an Alberta Pork Element.
1st COURSE- FENNEL ROASTED PORK BELLY
sweet potato puree, smoked corn, cherry gastric
2nd COURSE- SEAFOOD CHOWDER WITH DOUBLE SMOKED BACON CROUTON
voulte. wild prawn, scallop, bacon foam
3rd COURSE- SIGNATURE SPICE RUBBED BEAR AND FLOWER PORK LOIN
cider Jus, chorizo northern bean cassoulet & brussel sprouts
4th COURSE- S’MORES CRÈME BRULE & MAPLE CANDIED BACON
cardamom marshmallow cream, chocolate graham cracker

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All guests must be 18 year of age on the date of the event and be able to produce ID.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No this is not necessary.
Can my allergy/diet restrictions be accommodated?
Due to the nature of this event, all restrictions may not be able to be accommodated. Please contact the organizer at least 7 days ahead of event to make arrangements where possible. Requests made within 7 days or on the day of the event cannot be guaranteed.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please have the person who purchased the ticket contact derek.bevans@royalglenora.com if the person who purchased the tickets is not in attendance.
