Symons Gate Passiv Haus Tour (Drop in Format)

Drop by for a visit to one of Alberta's most energy efficient homes and the first Passive House built by a major Alberta home builder.

The Symons Gate Passiv Haus is a living, working demonstration of sustainability and Brookfield Residential’s commitment to innovation. The super-insulated house was completed in October 2018 and will use 90% less energy than a typical new home constructed today.

Prior to selling the home later in 2019, Brookfield is providing access for interested citizens, school and community groups and government and industry leaders to further the sustainability conversation.
