SYSTEMATIC REVIEW WORKSHOP

Cochrane Canada is pleased to provide a workshop about how to conduct a systematic review using Cochrane and GRADE methods. This intense 1 1/2 day workshop will provide lectures and hands-on sessions providing opportunities to apply the methods. Participants will learn about the systematic review process that can be used for any type of systematic review and focus on systematic reviews of interventions in this workshop.

Topics covered will include how to:

  • develop the systematic review question
  • prepare the search strategy
  • abstract data
  • assess risk of bias of included studies
  • synthesise results
  • present and interpret results using GRADE

The workshop will be lead by a great team who have expertise conducting systematic reviews and who have led the development of methods to improve systematic reviews.
