Your Chef: Luis Lopez
Learn what makes an authentic tacos with the best recipes from Mexico. In this class, you'll get a chance to mix, press and sear your own tortillas, so you'll never buy them again!
On the menu tonight:
. Avocado and cream cheese dip to start, served with crispy tortilla chips
. Soft Corn Tortillas from scratch: work in groups of 2 (or solo) and make your own!
. Salsa verde & Salsa roja: the only 2 sauces you’ll ever need for your tacos!
. Carnitas de puerco – Mexican version of pulled pork, but better! Fried little pieces of pork, delicious in your tacos
. Pollo en salsa verde: chicken simmered in green sauce until you can pull it apart
. Tres leches cake with preserve peaches: The cake made of 3 different milk, the ultimate Mexican treat!
$99+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
