About this event

Taiji Shibashi Qigong is a gentle practice which consists of 18 movements, each flowing together without pause so our bodies are in constant motion. We work with breath, allowing meditation and proper posture, all to teach us how to reap the benefits of this ancient practice that was founded by Professor Lin Housheng. This is a workshop for 8 consecutive weeks on Tuesdays. Each week will be recorded so if you have to miss one you will have access to it for a few days to go over it. Each hour we will learn in depth 3 movements at a time and slowly build it up to the 18 movements. Once you are familiar with the movements then we practice. With practice, patience and persistence; what you may find is that you start connecting with your QI, reduce some stress & anxiety, increase your immunity, bring your energy up and get a sense of overall well-being. Join me in this Journey of balance and self-discovery.

Price is for all 8 weeks. (dates Oct 19-26, Nov 2-9-16-23-30,Dec 7)

A note it is important that your video be on for the course, so I can make sure position are done correctly for you to get the most out of the movements and practice.
