Comprised of easy to learn, simple to execute self-defence that is designed to be effective against physically larger and stronger attackers, this course is designed to ignite and inspire you as you take up the space that you deserve in this world.

Tap into your awareness, your knowing, your power. Prepare your mind and your body for greater confidence. Arrive exactly as you are; all abilities are welcome in this course. Mini workshops are embedded into the course to help build your consciousness and knowing. Physical techniques show you how to unleash the power that you already hold. Get ready for your journey towards a more powerful sense of yourself.
