About the Course
Join us for a half day course on meditation and happiness.
Meditation is like a vacation for your mind. Mindfulness is the art of maintaining peaceful and happy states of mind through the practice of meditation. During this afternoon half day course we will explore practical methods to overcome negative habits of mind and become more positive, making our daily life truly happy, satisfying and meaningful. The course will consist of talks, guided meditations and a chance to ask questions.

About the Teacher
Kelsang Rigden is a teacher of Modern Buddhism. Ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2004, Kelsang Rigden has been teaching Buddhism and meditation in Canada, the US, and Barbados for over 16 years. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to share the precious teachings of Modern Buddhism with such an experienced practitioner.
