About this event
TALK TUESDAY is a free online support group for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depressed, sad or experiencing anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other life situation. All is welcome !
• Talk Tuesdays is held every Tuesday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm
• Weekly meetings range from informal discussions to guest speakers
• Topics include ( mental health, wellness, employment, job search techniques, vaccinations etc.)
