Event description
Trinity Bible Church Sunday Service

About this event

Due To The Ontario Stay At Home Lockdown the church will be closed for "in person" service until the lockdown is lifted or changed. New restrictions have been applied to worship services.

Only the "Drive In" via 105.7FM, TBCO.ONLINE.CHURCH and YouTube options will be available.

Note that the new restrictions require that no one leaves their vehicle during the drive in service.

Note that all persons that are part of the service will be registered manually each week.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most of the questions below are temporarily not valid or partially not valid until the lockdown order has been lifted.

Please note that every person in attendance, regardless of age, requires a ticket in order to attend (including all staff, volunteers and attendees).

All staff, volunteers, and attendees are required to complete the Ontario self-assessment tool prior to coming. If you have any flu-like symptoms, if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, or if you think you might have been exposed to COVID-19, then please stay at home. Volunteers and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone exhibiting symptoms.

Waiting List (Temporarily Disabled)!

If there are no tickets available for a selected date, a waiting list option will now appear. If anyone cancels early, you will be notified on how to obtain your ticket before the service begins. Being on the waiting list, does not guarantee a spot. If you are not able to receive a ticket from the waiting list, the drive-in option is still available to you in the parking lot (105.7FM radio frequency). The waiting list only applies for the date you have selected to be placed on the waiting list.

What should I do if I find out I am unable to attend after I have already reserved my tickets?

Since we have a limited number of tickets available for the service, we ask that you please cancel your tickets if you are unable to attend. This will allow others to reserve the tickets and attend the service in your place. You can cancel your tickets by clicking on the link to manage your order, which can be found in the confirmation email.

Is there still an online service if I am uncomfortable with the on-site option?

Those not comfortable coming into the church at this time may opt to listen to the service from the comfort of their vehicles in the parking lot via radio or view pre-recorded segments online on Sunday morning from the comfort of their homes.

Alternatively you can watch the service live at https://tbco.online.church at 10:00am in the comfort of your home.

Are there special requirements to attend?

Because we are wanting to ensure this service is safe and clean, we are asking the following:

• You must follow public health advice, which includes physical distancing at two metres (six feet) apart between non-family groups.

• Everyone is required to wear a face mask while they are in the church building, with some limited Bylaw exemptions.

• Any socializing must take place outside the building and physical distancing is required.

• Singing is not permitted.

• Bathroom access is limited.

• At the conclusion of the service, you will receive instructions for exiting the building.

How will the check-in process work?

As you enter, you will need to show your ticket (either a printed copy or on your mobile device) to the volunteers. You will be asked to confirm your answers to the questions from the Ontario self-assessment tool. If you are unable to provide satisfactory answers to these questions, then you will not be permitted to enter the building.

What should I do after I have been checked in?

Before entering the sanctuary you are asked to sanitize your hands at the table set up for that purpose and then proceed to a seating that physically distances your family unit from others. Ushers will be available to assist in this regard.

Will there be any children’s programs running on Sunday?

We are not able to offer nursery or in-person Sunday School classes at this time but have set up a “family fun” section with tables and craft supplies to allow young families to be present and worship together. Online curriculum and activity links will continue to be offered online on the website.
