John Snell has spent over 35 years in the tea industry, working with everyone from Global brand leaders (Tetley) to Global Traders (Van Rees) and Private label packers in the UK (Keith Spicers Ltd) and in North America (Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee Inc).

In these firms he has been responsible for tea sourcing, selling and buying, blending, product development and sustainability.
