Description

Teachers Culinary Training (TCT) is a six-day specialized culinary program designed to enhance culinary skills for high school teachers. Curriculum and delivery will be taught by Loyalist College Culinary faculty Chef Karin Desveaux and Chef John Schneeberger.

Class #2, on September 30, starts at 1 pm and focuses on pasta and sauces.
