Description

Teachers Culinary Training (TCT) is a six-day specialized culinary program designed to enhance culinary skills for high school teachers. Curriculum and delivery will be taught by Loyalist College Culinary faculty Chef Karin Desveaux and Chef John Schneeberger.

This section is to register for all 6 baking classes March 24 - May 26

Spring Semester: Baking and Pastry Classes
Saturday, March 24, 2018
Class 7: Breads and dough (9 am – Noon)
Class 8: Quick breads (1 – 4 pm)

Saturday, April 14, 2018
Class 9: Puff and Éclair Pastry (9 am – Noon)
Class 10: Creams and Mousse (1 – 4 pm)

Saturday, May 26, 2018
Class 11: Cake production (9 am – Noon)
Class 12: Cake assembly and decorating (1 – 4 pm)
