Description

Teachers Culinary Training (TCT) is a six-day specialized culinary program designed to enhance culinary skills for high school teachers. Curriculum and delivery will be taught by Loyalist College Culinary faculty Chef Karin Desveaux and Chef John Schneeberger.

This event is for all 6 Culinary techniques classes:

Saturday, September 30, 2017
Class 1: Soups (9 am – Noon)
Class 2: Pasta and sauce (1 – 4 pm)

Saturday, October 28, 2017
Class 3: Fish and appropriate sauces (9 am – Noon)
Class 4: Vegetable dishes and sides (1– 4 pm)

Saturday, November 25, 2017
Class 5: Meat and appropriate sauces (9 am – Noon)
Class 6: Potato and starches (1 – 4 pm)
