Description

The NSERC CREATE Training Program in Technologies for Exo-Planetary Science (TEPS) Summer School Workshop 2018.

This intensive three-day event includes short courses in each TEPS theme. Each thematic day of this program will be split between basic and advanced topics with presentations given by experts in the field. Some of these experts will be members of TEPS, including the co-applicants and advance trainees, but many will be external to the program. The TEPS trainees will be introduced to the wider research and industry community.

Summer School Workshop Session will include:

• Talks by experts in the fields of exoplanets, planetary science, and instrument design

• Student talks

• Tour of MDA Richmond (Geospatial Services)

Gage Budget Standard Single:

Private bedroom with single bed in a six-bedroom shared apartment. Guests share a washroom, lounge with flat-panel TV, breakfast bar and kitchen (not equipped with dishes, cookware, etc.).

Housekeeping Service for the Gage Standard Singles will include beds made upon arrival, two towels and soap provided, linens and towels changed after one week, room cleaned after one week. Common area cleaned daily.

Ponderosa suites:

2075 West Mall

Ponderosa Commons Ponderosa Studio Suite:

Private suite with double bed, ensuite washroom, flat-panel TV, telephone, WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen, complimentary tea and coffee. Maximum 2 guests per suite. Housekeeping Service for the Ponderosa Studio Suites will include beds made daily, towels changed daily, linens changed weekly.
